Get ready to workout your faith, family, and friendships with P31x! The proverbs 31 woman is extreme and we will explore how we too can be this model woman. We will be breaking down proverbs 31 into parts so that we can explore the traits and concepts that seem all together impossible, yet broken down and with loads of training and support you and I can be the epitomy of this chapter. We will provide you with a personal trainer and a support group to carry you through this exciting journey that lay at our feet. So throw on your best exercise gear and get ready to sweat and stretch! Join us at Cornerstone Community Church every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 9:30am. Child care is provided and is included in your session fees!
